  5. The pull head should be rolled down in sequence according to each pass, and should not be rolled over the level. It is even more forbidden to put the roller in the pass with a diameter significantly smaller than the sample diameter, otherwise it will cause the sample to be stuck and unable to be taken out, and damage the end rolling machine.
  6. When the equipment is started, pay attention to whether lubricating powder is added to the wire drawing lubricating powder box and whether the wire drawing die is correctly installed.
  7. When the rolled finished wire is pulled out of the equipment, do not use excessive force to avoid damage to the equipment.
  8. The structure of a large wire drawing machine is more complicated, with multiple motors operating in coordination. The operator needs to keep the function and operation of the equipment in mind.

Maintenance of the wire drawing machine

  1. This equipment should be added with 38KG lubricating oil before the machine is operated to ensure the lubrication between the gears of the reduction box and extend the service life of the reducer.
  2. Maintain the operation of each component in daily operation to prevent excessive wear and dents of the components.
  3. Ensure the cleanliness of the surface of the equipment and the lubrication effect of each component to ensure the service life of the equipment.
  4. Regularly check the power supply lines, connectors, etc., and replace them in time if they need to be replaced.
  5. The tightness of the triangular conveyor belt is also a relatively important link, which should be checked regularly and replaced in time.
  6. After the wire drawing is completed, withdraw the tool first, then stop the machine, remove the roller of the wire drawing machine and place it on the pad. If it is not used temporarily, it should be coated with anti-rust oil.
